Lab objectives and outcomes

Students will be able to operate the primary flight controls (yoke/stick, throttle, and rudder) to maneuver a prop plane in a 3D virtual environment.
Students will be able to demonstrate basic flight maneuvers, such as taking off, turning, and maintaining altitude, by effectively using the virtual cockpit controls.
Students will be able to correlate the input actions on virtual flight controls with the resulting movement and orientation of the prop plane in real-time.

Powered by SimGenie AI

SimGenie acts as a built-in lab assistant. A learner who gets stuck can ask for a hint by voice, and it adapts its guidance to what they are doing in the scene.
