LEAD Training is a Cincinnati nonprofit that brings life and career readiness programs into schools, working with educators and employers. It serves K-12 students and young adults, especially those who lack support. Programs include a high school workforce initiative, Career Quest, pre-apprenticeships, internships and afterschool programs.
